Refund policy
At FluffyFlyer, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with the products they purchase from us.
- Return Period:
- Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days from the day they receive the hair clips. Following the cancellation, customers have an additional 14 days to return the purchased items to us.
- Condition of Returned Items:
- To be eligible for a return, hair clips must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Hair clips that have been used or altered in any way may not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fluffyflyer.co.uk. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return your items.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Exclusions:
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. Customized or personalized hair clips are also exempt from being returned.
- Exchange:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact our customer service.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the hair clips. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
